Chateau Tenderloin Steak - $14 21 day aged tenderloin steak topped with our famous hand bread breaded onion rings. Sliced and served to your taste. Now one of the area’s favorite choices
Filet Mignon Medallions - $19 An extremely tender miniature steak. Another choice house steak that will surely please. Cut straight from the tenderloin.
8 oz. Strip Steak - $12.50 8 oz. 21day aged strip steak. A house featured specialty steak topped with our famous hand breaded onion rings
Chopped Steak - $11 A fresh ground Angus beef prepared to your choice, topped with brown mushroom gravy.
French Cut Porterhouse Chop - $15 12 oz. bone-in chop marinated and chargrilled for tenderness. | Pot Roast Dinner - $12 Slow roasted for tenderness with carrots, celery and onion for flavor. Served with gravy over mashed potatoes and your choice of one side dish.
Stuffed Pork Chop - $16 Hand cut bone-in chop stuffed with our own homemade dressing.
Shredded Pork and Saurkraut - $13 Served over mashed potatoes with your choice of side dish.

How Would You Like Your Steak Cooked?
Rare - 120 - 130 degrees. Cooked outside, barely cooked inside the steak.
Cool & Red Medium Rare - 130 - 135 degrees. Extra pink inside, just warm.
Medium - 140 - 150 degrees. Hot pink inside.
Medium Well - 155 - 165 degrees. Very little pink inside.
Well - 170 - 185 degrees. Cooked completely inside and outside, no pink. We are not responsible for the condition of a well done steak.

Beef Tips Dinner - $12 Tender kabob steak seasoned and smothered with sautéed onions and mushrooms served over Fettuccini pasta with your salad choice.
Pepper Steak Dinner - $13 Grilled tender tips mixed with sweet peppers, onions and mushrooms served over rice and your salad choice
Stuffed Green Pepper - $11 Our own homemade stuffed peppers. Oven roasted and served with any two side dishes.
