Welcome to Zalenski's Family Eatery!!

 The area is in need of a warm and friendly place that serves excellent food.  A place where you know you can bring the family, relax, enjoy evening entertainment and be affordable for a return visit.  Since the restaurant is located in close proximity to several high schools, the restaurant is decorated in school colors and sports paraphernalia.  The restaurant is a perfect place for small meeting in the platform area or for a large group in the banquet room.  The restaurant is equipped with Wi-Fi access to accommodate the working man or just to relax on a lap top computer.

The menu accommodates all your dining needs.  Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily.  Appetizers, desserts, cappuccino, or bar drinks are all on the list for a dining experience.  Pricing is very reasonable along with daily lunch and dinner specials.  The strategy of Zalenski Family Eatery and Pub is to give a perception of higher value than its competitors, through our food, service, and entertainment.  Zalenski was voted “Best Home Cooking’ and “Best Karaoke” by the readers of The Herald Star newspaper.

We hire the best people available.  We train our staff on a regular basis to keep them informed and motivate.  Our management staff has more than 20 years of combined experience in the food service business.

Catering is a major part of the business.  We have experience in both on site & off site banquets.  We can do either buffet or sit-down service.  We anticipate 80% restaurant sales and 20$ catering sales.
Most important is our track record thus far.  Our start-up expenditure was $250,000.  The first year of operation gross was $685,000.  The second year was just over 1 million dollars in sales.  The first half of 2007 has grosses $522,082 in sales which is a 12.68% increase compared to 2006 first half sale increase of $58,779.
Currently we are purchasing an extra 5 tables for the dining room to increase and extra 20 seats.  Our banquet room was expanded with extra seating, and decorations are an added attraction for the facility.
Our intentions are to always stay competitive, not just by pricing but making changes to the menu; offering quality products, and keeping a fresh look in the restaurant.  We also offer a wide variety of entertainment like Acoustic music, Karaoke, Comedy Club, Murder Mystery Dinner Theater and local bands from area high schools to Rock & Roll.
Keeping up-to-date, creative marketing, changing menus, being community oriented, and listening to our customers will keep us successful.
